    Enjoy Georgia's coast on your own private 6 acre island.  Drive onto this property which is  complete with only one single family 3 bedroom/ 3 bath home.  Enjoy the pool, dock, dockhouse, arbor and hot tub!
 
    Wake up to the sunrise over Hidden Harbor and Wilmington River.  Enjoy watching the dolphins swim from the dock.  The wildlife is abundant if you enjoy bird watching.  Egrets, Blue Herons, cranes, ducks and Georgia's Brown Pelican feed along the marsh. Wood ducks migrate to Hidden Harbor along with other species of ducks.  Crabbing is fun for all (in season) from the floating dock or walkway surrounding the screened dockhouse complete with an additional fully appointed kitchen, dine on kitchen counter, dining table and futon for lounging.  Sunsets are pretty across the surrounding marshland.
 
    The home has 2 levels which have separate entrances (may not be rented individually).  The upper level of the home has living, dining, full kitchen and king bedroom complete with oversize Jacuzzi and large open air deck from master bedroom for bird watching or simply getting away.  (Separate central heat and air for this portion of the home).  An additional large open air deck off the living area is also perfect for dining or simply enjoying the view while overlooking the pool, arbor and Intracoastal Waterway.
 
    Downstairs has recently been remodeled and features tile floors throughout, a new fully appointed kitchen, washer, dryer, dine on counter, living area with comfortable leather furnishings (sleeper sofa) and 2 full master suites.
 
    The lower level king master suite has a full bath complete with combination Jacuzzi/shower.  There is a deck off the bedroom for slipping away and enjoying the scenery.
 
    The third master has queen suite with full bath and large shower.  Walk out of your sliding glass door and sit under a covered deck overlooking the pool with its adjoining 6 person hot tub.  (The lower level has its own central heat and air system).
 
    An "L" shaped pool adjoins the arbor with wisteria, Confederate Jasmine, azaleas and Japanese plum trees.  The perfect place for playing with friends and family or cooking out.  There are lots of picnic tables, lounge chairs and outside dining tables for your cook outs!
 
    The Savannah Gray Brick walkways were laid by Henry Graham, a local Savannahian famous for his masonary restoration.
